My next steps: Jo Morris, Co-Founder

I am pleased to share some exciting news from the Reflections office.

As you know, in 2015, my dad and I officially launched Reflections and, over the last nine years the team has built our organisation to be a leader in reducing the impact of asbestos and bringing hope to those affected by it.

As a Co-Founder, I take immense pride in announcing that Reflections has reached a significant milestone. We are now well-established and entering an exciting phase of growth. Consequently, I am transitioning away from day-to-day operational duties, confident in our capable team’s ability to carry forward our mission.

While it’s never easy to step back from something you’re so passionate about, both the timing and the organisation’s readiness will make the transition smooth.

I will continue to maintain a role as a Board Director, contributing strategic oversight and board governance.

These developments signal a strategic shift in our approach, reflecting a commitment to effective leadership and community advocacy.

Thank you for your ongoing support of the work we do in and for the community. I look forward to what lies ahead as we continue to work together to reduce the impact of asbestos on the community.

If you have any questions or comments, please reach out to the Reflections team on 1800 031 731 or in**@*************rg.au

Best Wishes,

Jo Morris

Co-Founder
