Sherry has recently joined the MADDA Support team, bringing with her lived experience as a care partner on the mesothelioma journey. Her husband, Brian, passed away in September 2022, giving her first-hand understanding of the vital role a compassionate support network plays for patients, carers, and families alike.
Sherry values the importance of taking time for self-care and finding joy in everyday life. For her, that means singing in a choir, enjoying good food, and never saying no to a custard-filled cake.
